After the Picktime app for Clients is downloaded, you will see it asking to scan a QR code, allow any permissions. Click Sign Up/Register. Create an account then after account is created, use the SCAN ME part to scan this (you can come see us, we have it printed out, or view it on another device, OR screen shot it OR hold and download the image and upload from photos by clicking the button at the bottom of screen :)If you get stuck, visit us for assistance. WE promise, it'll be amazing for everyone moving forward!

We are happy to accomodate walk-ins for Spa Services! But they fill up fast and we don't want you to be disappointed if your favorite service is taken when you arrive, so try to book ahead!!

If you are not a client with us yet:
Stop on in and get a tour, we will set you up with an account so you can have access to your "account portal".
Your account portal will allow you to:
"Unlock your account" to allow you to use the Self Serve SPA Kiosk/Tablet for Spa Appointments
View your Account- Where you can see your current package, when it ends, how many sessions you have and when those expire, your last 5 visits and their dates and times (this comes in handy if forget when you tanned last so you can get in after the 24 hour UV law in PA). If you are an auto-pay member it will also show you your next draft date as well as draft amount, and if you are on a freeze it will show your freeze dates.
Update Primary Billing on file.
