Enter in the reason for cancel if you are going through the cancel.
You should get an email transcript of the chat conversation to the email we have on file for you as long as your account was able to be cancelled (no back owed balance, contract of 2 months met, etc), that is your proof of cancel. Cancels are effective the day you request a cancel.
