By booking an appointment with Sunny Shores, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointment Policy
• Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 30 minutes' notice for all appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 30 minutes' notice may be subject to a fee.
• No-Show Fees: A $15 fee will be charged for the first missed appointment without notice. Any additional no-shows will be charged the full price of the session booked, regardless of membership or promotional pricing.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reduce your session time or cancel your appointment entirely, depending on availability and the impact on other guests.
• Appointment Priority: Appointments are always encouraged and take priority over walk-ins for rooms that require booking.

KBL K11 Air Appointment Eligibility
The KBL K11 Air is a premium hybrid tanning and light therapy unit. As such, access to this room is limited to the following:
• Clients paying full price for individual sessions or upgrades
• Active VIP All Access members
• Guests redeeming packages that include full-priced sessions
Guests using trial sessions, complimentary sessions, or discounted packages may still use the K11 with a minimum $10 upgrade fee, based on their current package level.
We reserve the right to adjust eligibility and pricing at any time to maintain availability and performance for our VIP and full-paying guests.

General Policies
• Payment Methods: We accept cash and card (debit/credit).
• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, policy violations, or health and safety concerns.

Informed Consent & Release of Liability
By booking and participating in any services at Sunny Shores SPRAY SUN SPA, you confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to engage in wellness, tanning, or therapeutic services, and that you are physically able to do so. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff and posted signage.
You acknowledge that certain services may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions and affirm that you have consulted with a healthcare provider if you are unsure.
You hereby release and hold harmless Sunny Shores, its staff, and affiliated personnel from any liability for injury, adverse reaction, or damages that may result from participation in any service, whether due to negligence or other cause.
