Evening/Weekend-- 3pm-7pm Weeknights and Weekends 9:50am to 1:45pm from 12hours per week up to 25 hours per week. In-store training takes 5 to 10 shifts and is paid at state minimum wage. A certification course that is paid for by Sunny shores must be completed within 2 weeks of hire date and completed on your own time, a computer or tablet will be needed for you to complete that on. Once training is complete hourly base pay increases to $9.00 plus a great commission structure for sales, our average employee makes $15 to $18 an hour with bonuses, as high as $38 an hour depending on sales performance. After a 3-month period a base wage increase will be applied and will be based off sales and work performance. You will also get our All Access Membership at no cost and employee discounts of at least 40% off most products. For a Sales Manager Position if hired for that, Base pay will be bumped to $15 once proven sales are shown, there are Bonuses for meeting certain metrics such as employee sales goals, membership retainment, overall sales goals, new membership recruitment, website boosting, social media engagement and promotions. After 1 year of employment Managers begin to accrue paid time off starting with 1-week paid vacation yearly. *
