FREEZE!!!!<--- Freeze your account to save all your perks, discounts, pricing, in store account money and never have to re-sign up again! You may freeze up to 6 months in a row at any time! The hold fee is just $5 a month and that money goes back into your store account as in store account money when you unfreeze or your account unfreezes on the 6th month. You can freeze again after that middle payment comes out :) YOU CAN UV tan for 50% off single session prices while on freeze!!
SKIP A PAY: FOR immediate help, as long as your payment isn't due or is past due, please go to your Account Access HERE ( our online account access portal that is the computer version of our app )and you can "Skip A Pay". Skip a pay will put your account on hold for 1 billing cycle, starting with your next cycle. So you can finish out your current month and know your account will only bill for the $5 hold fee that will credit back to your account as in store account money when your account bills normal the month after. Please note, we do need a 3-day freeze notice prior to your to ensure your account will be charged just the fee. You can also go into your app and access this feature there!
FREEZE UP TO 6 MONTHS: To request the next payment for longer than 1 months or up to 6 months please GO HERE (our shop page, bottom right chat bubble on the shop page only) and initiate a chat, enter your account details and request anywhere from 1 month to 6 months for your freeze!
If your payment is due today or is past due you will need to take care of any past due balances before a freeze or cancel can be processed.
CANCEL: We need a 31-day notice to cancel (per your sign up agreement), there may be some people on old accounts with different notice requirements and draft requirements so if you don't wish to freeze your account and you do want to cancel your membership, please text 716-221-6868 with just #cancelsun . If done right you will get a text. The system will research your cancel requirements and provide an electronic form for cancellation to fill out, the online form will be proof that you cancelled it to ensure no more payments come out after they are supposed to.
We cannot alter payments once they are due, so please ensure you are giving proper notification so your next payment is processed the correct way. Thank you.
